We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Business Development team in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, your primary objective will be to establish robust relationships with local and regional rental accounts, as well as collaborate with our Business Development team to broaden our market presence.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate leads for new business opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships and track their sales funnel position using CRM.
  • Collaborate with rental operations to identify potential clients from existing reservations.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to build connections.
  • Provide regular reports on customer activity.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting quotations and proposals.
  • Conduct sales pitches with new prospects.
  • Coordinate new account setups and client orientations.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, including account overviews and annual reviews.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and address customer complaints or billing issues.


What You Bring

  • Post secondary education, preferably in in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 2 years’ experience in either automotive, equipment sales / leasing or industrial sales is preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in B2B sales with a focus on long term relationship building.
  • Strong lead generation and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
