  7. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  8. Manage training and development strategies
  9. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  10. Oversee development of communication strategies
  11. Oversee the preparation of reports
  12. Advise senior management
  13. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  14. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
