HR Generalist Overview

  • Provide a broad range of basic to complex level of administrative and/or specialized support for Global HR services.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute the daily workflow of the HR function.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, including background checks and employee eligibility verifications, data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements, and improvement of employee experience.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed, including global HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination, to facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants while collaborating with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required.
  • Lead stakeholder to ensure availability of required supporting documentation for PIT compliance and tracking for SAE and external contractors engaged in projects globally. Additionally, ensure the accuracy of information delivered to Accounting for PIT payments.
  • Primary backup for payroll processing, including, verifying timecards, updating work locations, deductions, and updating employee files biweekly and semi-monthly.
