As a Partnerships Manager, you'll be a part of an ambitious team responsible for building an nurturing our partner ecosystem. You'll build close relationships with partners in your region to fuel Teamtailor's revenue growth on a global level.
Canada is one of our focus markets for growth. We have a local team in place but we have only scratched the surface of the market potential. We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to the local team You will be taking over the existing partners in the region as well as acquiring new high potential partners. Your focus will be on building a high performing partner portfolio and taking partnerships in Canada to the next level. Regardless of partner type you will work to consistently ensure new partner sourced opportunities and work towards mutually beneficial partner collaborations.
You'll be a part of the Partnerships Team which currently has 8 members (soon to be 13 ) around the world and you'll work closely with our Head of Partnerships (Gabrielle) and the rest of the team (Matilda, Nate, Isaia-Nils, Rebecca, Joel, Victoria, and Isla). You will also work very closely with the regional team in North America.
- Build and nurture a strong revenue creating portfolio of partners
- Manage and build long-term strategic business relationships to create win-win-win situations
- Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth through partnerships in your region
- To drive revenue growth through partnerships in Canada
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application and service
- Own and execute on partner marketing activities within your region

- Successful track record from working with both sales and partnership programs
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Passion for consultative sales, marketing, and business development, with a firm knowledge and understanding of business operations
- Intellectually curious, tech-savvy, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed negotiation skills and a customer-obsessed orientation
- Well-articulated and a passionate communicator who's fluent in English
