RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for delivering the Monthly and Quarterly Commercial Performance Reporting for key partners
- Responsible for delivering the reconciled P&L to key partners each month & understanding drivers of performance
- Frequent US data (Circana) pulls in order to identify future trends & current US BB performance
- Building performance tracking dashboards for innovations, partnership brands & sharing updates along with key insights to all stakeholders
- Support performance reviews monthly for non alc. + overall BB portfolio
- Competitive landscape mapping with regular updates for brand rankings among competitors. Stay ahead with trends & new competitive launches
- Supporting the Beyond Beer annual business planning cycle & managing internal stakeholders
- Support managing all components of the partnerships - communication, strategy, contract negotiations
- Support Trade Marketing Team in developing programs, strategies and tactical marketing/sales initiatives
- Integration with cross functional teams, in particular sales & trade, brand, innovation & supply chain
- Project Management on specific projects from ideation to launch, executing with excellence

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Mandatory University Degree in Business or related field
- Expert in Power BI & excel
- Strong data analytical capabilities & data led storytelling
- Strong knowledge of Liquor regulations & Distribution network
- Strong budget management experience (manage budget to provide partnership with external Key Accounts)
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong presentation skills to champion partnership & retail key account pitches
- Ability to interact professionally with senior levels of partner companies
- Expert in all Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
