Bachly Construction is currently seeking a full-time **Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist **for our Bolton office.
**This position will be based out of our main office at 27 Nixon Road.**
**The hours of work are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am
- 5:00 pm.**
**THE POSITION**
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments
- Maintain office supply storage area in a neat, orderly fashion and re-stock when necessary
- Proficient administration of all clerical duties including data entry, typing, filing etc.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to assist the Property Damage & Restoration Division
- Assist with accounting administration of receivables and payables (basic accounting skills required for printing, sorting and costing invoices)
- Collect carpenter's time sheets bi-weekly to assist with payroll
- General administrative duties as requested by the Office Manager
**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry
- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and take directions from others
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Experience with basic accounting functions is considered an asset
