**Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Assistant to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a commitment to maintaining an efficient work environment.

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment at the front desk.
- Supervise clerical staff and coordinate their activities to ensure optimal productivity.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Support management in various administrative projects as needed.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative Assistant role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience supervising or coordinating the activities of others is desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Work experience in a construction industry is an asset.
