We are a growing mobile beverage canning company with an office/warehouse based in Bolton. We are looking to fill an administrative assistant position with a motivated and organized individual.
Duties include:
Assisting the owners and the office manager in their daily tasks and general office admin support
Perform various administrative duties including order confirmations, scheduling, invoicing, depositing cheques, filing, receiving and sending packages
Data entry using our accounting software
Order supplies and maintain inventory
Prepare correspondence, forms and other documents.
May require running local errands from time to time.
May include light warehouse duties including inventory counts, filing storage boxes etc
Skills Required:
Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Must be able to multi task and have good time management skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Experience in a office administration is an asset**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
