**Overview**:
The administrative assistant will provide clerical, secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that reception services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner to all Progressive Industries Inc. management team, clients, visitors, callers and Ontario office.

**WORK SETTING**
Office - Part time (3 Days per week)

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keeps track of company documents (tickets, invoices, etc.).
- Maintains accurate documentation to charge to clients.
- Providesreception services (answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, greeting and directing visitors).
- Creates, prepares, revises and/or maintains various spreadsheets, lists and forms related to administrative functions as directed.
- Filing.
- Adheres to the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates Progressive Industries core values in all internal and external interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Recognized clerical certificate or diploma (completed or in progress) or a minimum of 3 years’ experience performing administrative/clerical tasks is preferred.
- Good (50+ wpm) typing speed and accuracy.
- Previous Telecom Construction industry experience is an asset.
- Plan/Blue print reading experience is an asset.

Required experience -- Administrative: 3 years,.

Required education -- High school or equivalent

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
