About the Role

Del Property Management Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our condominium sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, including filing and data entry.
  • Process common element assessment fees, including collection and recording of payments.
  • Prepare and distribute notices and correspondence to residents and stakeholders.
  • Oversee bookings of facilities, including elevators, party rooms, and guest suites.
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and prepare for signature.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administration experience, preferably in the condominium management space.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Limited License is preferred.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
