About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Caliber Property Management & Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Property Maintenance: Assist with property maintenance, including scheduling repairs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on property performance, including financial reports, occupancy rates, and maintenance schedules.
  • Asset Management: Assist with asset management, including inventory management, asset tracking, and disposal of assets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in property management or a related field is an asset.
  • Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license and a criminal record check.
