About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at Comfort Property Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases: Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that all terms are met.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Record Keeping: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Client Communication: Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing prompt and effective resolution to any issues.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful property management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Certifications: Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as accounting software.
