We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Facilities and Properties team at Senior Persons Living Connected. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and properties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Facilities and Properties team, including researching, reporting, and vendor relations.
- Manage the housing database for rental and life lease units, and liaise with stakeholders to maintain a high occupancy rate.
- Conduct viewings of vacant residential units with prospective residents and complete all necessary administrative tasks to enable occupancy and closing.
- Retrieve, process, and dispatch documents related to housing and services.
- Participate in emergency management and fire safety activities.
- Distribute and maintain bulletin boards for notices.
- Prepare monthly reports on housing administration and present to team members.
- Arrange for duplicate keys to be made for tenants/residents or common areas.
- Secondary education in Business Administration or actively enrolled in a tertiary educational program.
- Approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a requirement.
- Vulnerable Sector screening required.
- Ability to work occasional evening or weekend hours.
- Proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination or Medical Exemption Certificate required.
