Position: Property Management Support Specialist

Role Overview: Join our innovative team as a Property Management Support Specialist. We are a rapidly expanding property management firm specializing in short-term rentals. Under the guidance of our leadership, you will contribute significantly to our growth and success.

In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging hospitality, sales, and property management. You will report directly to the management team and have the chance to influence our expansion efforts. A vehicle and a willingness to travel are essential, as you will be tasked with managing our property listings and enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage online platforms (such as AirBnB and VRBO) to enhance property visibility and maximize bookings.
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience through superior customer service and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in property staging, design, and photography to attract potential guests.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies to drive revenue and manage occupancy rates.
  • Act as a representative to attract new clients and expand our property portfolio.
  • Oversee long-term rental agreements, ensuring seamless transitions and steady income.
  • Lead renovation initiatives to boost property appeal and value.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, sales, or related sectors, with a solid understanding of the short-term rental landscape.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to effectively manage tasks and schedules.
  • Technologically adept, with the ability to develop and maintain our property listings online.
  • Exceptional sales acumen and a proactive approach to client acquisition.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, particularly in property presentation and design.
  • Willingness to travel and handle various responsibilities.
