About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Comfort Property Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including negotiating leases, managing maintenance, and coordinating repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases: Work with property owners to negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements, ensuring that terms are met and contracts are administered.
  • Manage Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, monitoring progress and costs for property owners.
  • Compile and Maintain Records: Gather and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports for property owners.
  • Ensure Response to Client Calls: Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Supervise Team Members: Oversee 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Certifications: Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as accounting software.
