About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at Comfort Property Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases: Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that terms are met and contracts are administered effectively.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, monitoring progress and costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Financial Management: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports to ensure that financial performance is optimized.
  • Client Communication: Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Certifications: Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as accounting software.
