We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Claims Agent to join our team in Ottawa. Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service to clients in both English and French
- Assist clients with their submitted claims
- Process and verify claims, following established guidelines
- Expedite emergency claims and situations as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of real estate, mortgages, legal, or banking is an asset
- Experience processing claims is strongly preferred
