About the Role

We're seeking an Intermediate Auto Claims Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you'll provide guidance through the claims process, conduct investigations, and make informed decisions to ensure seamless outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the claims process, investigating auto collisions and addressing their needs with care and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to company and industry regulations, upholding best practices in claims handling and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Work independently in a digital environment, leveraging online tools to deliver efficient and effective results.
  • Pursue ongoing training to stay up-to-date on best practices in claims handling, continually enhancing your skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to special projects, providing valuable insights and feedback to support Aviva's commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in auto claims adjusting is an asset, as is 1-2 years of call center experience.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is also an asset.
  • Able to work effectively in a digital environment, utilizing online tools to drive results.
