Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support services to healthcare professionals
- Process new referrals, orders, and patient records
- Enter, update, and maintain patient data in our electronic database
- Answer telephone inquiries and refer callers as necessary
- Provide backup support to other positions as required
Requirements
- College diploma in healthcare or social services field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of related office experience
- Accurate keyboarding and data-entry skills
- Proficient in database software, MS Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
