Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Hampton Inn Kingston. As an administrative support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Oversee payroll administration and resolve conflict situations in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Working Conditions:
  • 35-44 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
