Job Summary:

The Bilingual Call Centre Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide proactive and timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Organize and book visitor appointments, track leads, and update available apartment postings
  • Preserve communication with prospective residents and ensure a high level of professionalism
  • Complete weekly variance reporting and other assigned tasks
Requirements:
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking
  • Strong typing skills and computer knowledge
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French
