Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Centre Representative to join our team at Centurion Asset Management Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospective residents through phone and email inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide timely and professional responses to resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Organize and book visitor appointments, track leads, and update available apartment postings
  • Preserve communication with prospective residents and ensure a high level of professionalism
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking
  • Strong typing skills and computer knowledge
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French
