Bilingual Call Centre Representative

About the Role
Centurion Asset Management Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Centre Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospective residents through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide timely and professional responses to resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Organize and book visitor appointments, track leads, and update available apartment postings on internet listing services and social media websites.
- Preserve communication with prospective residents and ensure a high level of professionalism through constant attention to Centurion's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Requirements
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Strong typing skills and computer knowledge.
