About This Role

The Centralized Call Centre Representative (bilingual) is a key member of our team, responsible for supporting work order creation for the FMO and Service departments. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality facility services to our customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, and resolving problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and monitor the work database of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Collaborate with the Call Centre Supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and French
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
