About the Job

The Business Development Representative drives new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.

This involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling Teleperformance's solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.

You will interact directly with decision-makers, requiring strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain how our services meet specific prospect needs.

Salary and Benefits

The Annual Base Salary starts at CAD $51,000 with OTE potential to top base pay, including minimum 5% up to 20% in bonuses.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage in outbound phone calls and emails to connect with business decision-makers, build rapport, and assess needs to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Hunt, Acquire, Upsell, and cross-sell Teleperformance services and solutions to new and existing clients, increasing revenue and expanding service offerings.
  3. Explain Teleperformance services/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes, explaining how they address client needs.
  4. Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
  5. Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, demonstrating a strong sales attitude and commitment to target achievement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, College degree, or equivalent Degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in consultative Selling: managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customer/partners needs, focus on customer goals, results, and client satisfaction
  • Google Product knowledge (not limited to Google cloud & Digital media)
  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with great phone etiquette
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals
  • Proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude, and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas
  • Knowledge of Google Products and its competitive landscape
  • Proven technical ability with CRMs (customer relationship management)
