**The Opportunity:**

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will drive new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. This includes generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling our solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries. You will interact directly with decision-makers, requiring strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain how our services can meet the specific needs of each prospect.

**Compensation Package:**

Annual Base Salary starting at CAD $51,000, with OTE potential to top base pay with minimum 5% up to 20% in bonuses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Engage in outbound phone calls and emails to connect with business decision-makers, build rapport, assess needs to generate new business opportunities.

2. Hunt, acquire, upsell, and cross-sell our services and solutions to new and existing clients, increasing revenue and expanding service offerings.

3. Explain our services/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes, explaining how they address client needs.

4. Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.

5. Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects.

6. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, demonstrating a strong sales attitude and commitment to target achievement.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree, College degree, or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative selling, managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customer/partner needs, focusing on customer goals, results, and client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Google Products, not limited to Google Cloud & Digital Media
  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with great phone etiquette
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals
  • A proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude, and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas
  • Knowledge of Google Products and its competitive landscape
  • Proven technical ability with CRMs (Customer Relationship Management)
