About the Role:

We are looking for a driven individual who can collaborate with our international team of 40 sales professionals to connect with clients in the designated region and showcase the value proposition of our AI business communications solution.

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine, serving as the initial point of contact for inbound prospects. Your mission is to make an indelible first impression and forge meaningful relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solution can address their challenges.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our dynamic sales and marketing teams to convert inbound leads in your region, contributing to our collective success.
  • Engage in a consultative sales process, helping prospects identify and understand solutions tailored specifically to their needs.
  • Be the go-to expert, educating potential customers on Cloudtalk's unique value proposition.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff and optimized sales pipeline.
  • Efficiently capture, manage, and track lead information using our HubSpot CRM system, keeping our data clean and actionable.

Requirements:

  • You bring some prior sales or customer support experience and/or a genuine passion for building a career in sales.
  • Your self-starting attitude ensures timely outreach to potential clients, consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
  • You have a keen understanding of customer needs and are adept at presenting solutions that effectively address their challenges.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish (native/bilingual) and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where hitting KPIs is the norm.
