Business Development Representative

Sales Growth Opportunity
This role offers a unique chance to drive new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling Tel performance's solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.
The role involves direct interaction with decision-makers and requires strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain how our services can help meet the specific needs of each prospect.
Competitive Compensation Package
The annual base salary for this role starts at CAD $51,000, with potential OTE (On-Target Earnings) bonuses ranging from 5% to 20% of the base salary. This compensation package demonstrates our commitment to recognizing and rewarding outstanding sales performance.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• At least one year of experience in consultative selling, managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customer/partners' needs, and focusing on customer goals, results, and satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals
• Proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude, and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas
• Knowledge of Google Products and its competitive landscape
• Proven technical ability with CRMs (customer relationship management)
Benefits and Responsibilities
You will engage in outbound phone calls and emails to connect with business decision-makers, build rapport, assess needs to generate new business opportunities.
Hunt, Acquire, Upsell, and cross-sell Tel performance services and solutions to new and existing clients, increasing revenue and expanding service offerings.
Explain Tel performance services/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.
Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
