Job Description

The Sales Growth Expert is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling our solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries. The role involves engaging in outbound phone calls and emails to connect with business decision-makers, build rapport, and assess needs to generate new business opportunities.

You will hunt, acquire, upsell, and cross-sell our services and solutions to new and existing clients, increasing revenue and expanding service offerings. You will also lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in consultative selling
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Ability to understand and explain how our services meet client needs
Compensation

We offer an annual base salary starting at CAD $51,000, with OTE potential to top base pay with minimum 5% up to 20% in bonuses. We provide competitive compensation and benefits packages to support your growth and success.
