At BEST ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, we are seeking a skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additionally, they will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, assist in the preparation of operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, train staff, oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require efficient interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will also need to have a permanent Work Term, with the ability to commit to 30 hours per week.
