Salary and Benefits

You'll receive a competitive salary of $40,000 CAD per year, plus a 5% bonus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Our benefits package includes:

Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Teleperformance, you'll be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
  2. Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
  4. Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
