We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our rapidly-growing Video Ads Sales team at Amazon. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving video business growth and helping customers achieve their brand building objectives.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for generating advertising revenue by calling on ad agencies, new prospects, and consulting advertisers on Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Constructing and delivering compelling narratives to showcase the importance of reaching an audience that streams video to businesses.
- Developing credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision-makers.
- Mapping account strategies, aligning resources, and uncovering which video products best serve an advertiser's needs.
- Holding sales calls on existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 3+ years of experience selling ads on video/TV/STV.
- 7+ years of digital ad sales experience as an individual contributor.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Benefits:
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
