About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Digital Advertising. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and pitches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts, and develop effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.">
  • Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints, and create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to each client's needs and objectives.">
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities, and collaborate with clients to develop customized advertising campaigns and strategies that align with their goals and objectives.">
  • Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value, and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional revenue streams within existing client accounts.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.">
  • A proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.">
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.">
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.">
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.">
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.">
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.">

Salary and Benefits

">

This is a full-time position with a salary of $40,000 CAD per year, plus a 5% bonus on achievement of KPIs. Additional benefits include medical and dental insurance, employee family assistance programs, rewards and recognition programs, paid training and leave, and the opportunity for career growth and development.

Schedule and Location

">

This position requires a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day, with the option to transition to a hybrid work arrangement after 2 months. Candidates should be located within travel distance from our primary location in Yonge & Eglinton.
