Salary and Benefits

As a Sales Representative with our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 CAD per year, plus a 5% bonus on achievement of KPIs. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive revenue growth through the acquisition and management of new advertising clients across various platforms and channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential advertising clients through market research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ADVERTISING CLIENTS, PROVIDING CUSTOMIZED ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS AND STRATEGIES TO ALIGN WITH THEIR GOALS AND OBJECTIVES.
  • MONITOR CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE AND PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES TO CLIENTS, OFFERING INSIGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OPTIMIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
