We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Digital Advertising Specialist for a 2-month contract (with possible extension) in Toronto. This role is perfect for a creative professional with strong digital design skills, expertise in motion graphics, and experience working with multiple ad platforms.

This role involves adapting print campaigns into engaging digital formats across various platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. You will play a critical role in designing and executing visually compelling digital ads using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, and After Effects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital ad designs, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meeting deadlines. They will also be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute visually compelling digital ads, adapting print campaigns to digital platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Uber, StackAdapt, and display banners.
  • Develop motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to create dynamic and engaging ad content.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator, to design and edit static and interactive assets.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad design and motion graphics work, preferably across various ad platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator.
  • Brand Expertise: Experience working within strict brand guidelines to produce consistent and effective designs.
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage large campaigns with numerous assets while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with IAB and other digital advertising industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with creative teams and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
