Salary and Benefits

As a Sales Representative at Teleperformance, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 CAD per year, plus a 5% bonus based on your achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, maximizing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our advertising business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying and targeting potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Sales pitch and presentation: Conducting thorough needs assessments, creating compelling sales pitches and presentations, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our advertising solutions and services.
  • Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with advertising clients, collaborating with them to develop customized advertising campaigns and strategies, and monitoring campaign performance to provide regular updates and insights.
  • Revenue growth and account expansion: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
  • An in-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
