Compensation Package

The salary for this role is $40,000 CAD per year, plus a 5% bonus based on achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Our benefits package includes:

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team as an Account Development Manager - Digital Advertising. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels.

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, maximize client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our advertising business. To achieve this, you will identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

You will develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities. Utilizing multiple channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and industry events, you will engage with prospects and initiate sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  2. Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
  4. Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.
