Digital Advertising Account Manager

As an Sales Representative at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new leads and opportunities, and building strong relationships with advertising clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have a proven track record of success in outbound sales. They should also have in-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conducting thorough needs assessments, creating compelling sales pitches and presentations, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our advertising solutions
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with advertising clients, collaborating with them to develop customized advertising campaigns and strategies
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 CAD per year, plus a 5% bonus on achievement of KPIs. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental benefits, employee family assistance programs, rewards and recognition programs, and more.
This is a full-time position, with a fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hours shift from 9 AM to 6 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM. Candidates must be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton, but after 2 months of on-site work, they will transition to a hybrid work model.
