Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
