About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Assistant. As a Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive prompt and effective customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support services to healthcare professionals
  • Process new referrals, orders, and patient records
  • Enter, update, and maintain patient data in our electronic database
  • Answer patient inquiries and refer callers as necessary
  • Provide backup support to other positions as required

Requirements

  • College diploma in a healthcare or social services field, or business/office administration
  • 2+ years of related office experience
  • Accurate keyboarding and data-entry skills
  • Proficient in database software, MS Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet performance goals
