We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their administrative skills and work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
