Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including maintaining records, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
