We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at QHC Regional Paediatric Services Consulting Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including electronic correspondence.
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service to patients and staff.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer software.

  • May be required to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
