Office Administrative Assistant

Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing the office budget.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and vendors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, client information, and financial records.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
