Job Title: Director of Sales

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to lead our forestry sales efforts in the Quebec and Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide guidance on the valuation of used equipment and develop asset management plans to minimize aging and protect company assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing programs.
  • Travel regularly to interact with customers and provide mentorship and guidance on sales strategy and product knowledge.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with the branch sales teams to build relationships with mill yard customers and develop multi-level sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to Brandt Engineered Products to inform the development of new attachments and products.
  • Participate in Brandt/Deere initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
