Sales Director

Pizza Land is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and manage the workflow to meet sales targets.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we always have enough stock to meet demand.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
- As per collective agreement.
- Free parking available.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
