About the Role:We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead our sales development team at Dash Hudson. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth and revenue expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure their success and career development
- Proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location:This role is based in Halifax, NS, with flexible working hours and location options.
