We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our New Business Sales and Sales Development Teams in Halifax, reporting directly to the SVP, Revenue. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated leader who can drive revenue growth and team success.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a confident and empathetic leader who can drive sales performance while retaining top talent.
  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a similar role and thrive in a rapidly growing market.
  • You will oversee our lead routing process, collaborate with Events and Content teams, and invest in developing a world-class Sales Development team.
  • This role requires effective negotiation skills, impeccable presentation skills, and a love for using data to solve business problems.
