We are seeking a talented Strategic Marketing Director who understands traditional marketing, yet thrives on keeping abreast of and constantly capitalizing on the many new marketing vehicles opened up by the Web.

Salesboom is a Marketing and Sales focused company, with a well-established brand as a leader of on demand CRM and ERP software services. We have 3,000 customers in 140 countries, and our goal is to continue expanding our client base and market share quarter after quarter.

The successful candidate will develop strategies consistent with Corporate Goals, promote brand awareness, and liaise with Corporate Sales to ensure brand awareness. They will also plan and develop regional and global sales marketing campaigns, define Lead Generation Targets with Corporate Sales, and instruct Corporate Sales in the use of relevant sales campaign materials and tools.

In addition, they will monitor Sales Campaign effectiveness and provide feedback to Corporate Sales, measure, analyze, and report Sales Campaign Results, and use Management Sales Campaign Results Report to direct additional/future Campaigns. The Strategic Marketing Director will own Lead generation for Corporate Sales, create Lead Targets in-line with Sales Campaign specifics, and implement regional and global activities to generate leads.

This leadership position requires exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to build team support, vision and vitality to drive innovation, and excellent Written/Verbal negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Marketing experience and high Tech knowledge is beneficial. Multi-tasking and Prioritization are essential skills, as well as the ability to thrive on Challenges.
