Director, Client Services: Revenue Operations (Remote)



This role involves providing executive-level, strategic advice and leading client engagements for top-tier companies. As a Director of Client Services, you will drive sales growth and build a renewable book of business through new client acquisition and retainers.



Team members in this role are leaders within the CloudKettle organization, helping retain and expand clients. As an ideal candidate, you are an excellent communicator who understands how to communicate with C-Suite leaders, demonstrating the value proposition and recommending Salesforce solutions.



Responsibilities


  • Act as the Executive Sponsor and lead for clients, providing top-tier service and strategic guidance.
  • Build a retainer-based book of business and drive sales growth through client acquisition in a targeted vertical.
  • Directly contribute to and oversee a significant volume in ARR by improving client health and the value provided.
  • Oversee the delivery of client work for our retainers and project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Act as a mentor to team members, sharing your knowledge and domain expertise to grow the CloudKettle practice.
  • Directly contribute to growing the organization's reputation in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously across the sales cycle.
  • Represent CloudKettle as a speaker and guest author in a thought-leadership capacity.
  • Represent and reinforce CloudKettle's values to the internal team, clients, and Partners.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience selling to C-suite leaders, with excellent communication skills.
  • Industry recognized certifications, including Salesforce Certifications.
  • Significant experience managing complex projects and building relationships with C-suite clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working at a Salesforce System Integrator is preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset.
  • Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in Canada.
